Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Caroline Gardner purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including the completed delivery note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid return shipping label via the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
